At La Bicicletta Toronto, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your cycling gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Ensure items are in new, uninstalled condition with all original tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the shipping box to prevent processing delays.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package back to our Toronto storefront using a trackable shipping method; once received, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
